Equestrian Hardware Applications
Jinxing Hardware manufactures configurable hooks, rings, buckles, fasteners and stamped fittings for equestrian product makers and sourcing teams. Development can start from drawings, physical samples or clearly defined application requirements.

Hardware selection depends on exposure, strap construction, movement, appearance and the validation standard required by the buyer. Steel, stainless steel and alloy options may be considered together with zinc, nickel, black, brass-tone or other specified finishes. Suitability and finish availability are confirmed against the actual part and order.
Representative Application
A horse blanket may combine front closures, surcingles, leg straps, rings and adjustment hardware. These parts must fit the selected webbing, move without binding and avoid edges that can abrade straps or fabric. Outdoor exposure also makes finish selection and corrosion testing important.
Evidence note: This is a representative application for our real product range, not a claim about a named customer order. Testing criteria and results must be defined and approved for each project.

We review the complete strap-and-hardware assembly, critical dimensions, movement and end-use conditions.

The production route, tooling needs, material and finish are confirmed before samples are prepared.

Approved samples, drawings and buyer-defined checks guide production inspection and packing.
Yes. A physical sample can help confirm geometry and movement, but production requirements still need an approved drawing or specification.
Yes. Reviewing closures, rings and adjusters together helps identify fit and movement issues before production.
We can work to a buyer-defined test method. Public performance claims are made only when a matching report exists for the exact part.
Share the application, current design and required verification method. We will review the fitting and next step for sampling.
These products are practical starting points for this application. Confirm the material, dimensions, finish, assembly fit and buyer-defined performance requirements before ordering.
