Eligible in-stock orders confirmed before the applicable daily cut-off time are normally dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will normally be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, carrier delays, remote-area delivery, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

7. Customs duties and import charges
