Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to products purchased from jinxingwujin.com and shipped to customers in the United States.
1. Return period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. You must also provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
Please contact us before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery at [email protected].

A description of the problem
Clear photographs or video of the product
Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label
After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or an authorized return. When the problem is confirmed to be our error, we will cover reasonable, pre-approved return shipping costs.
3. Change-of-mind returns
For an eligible return that is not caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original international shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
4. Non-returnable products
We cannot normally accept returns for:
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
Products that have been installed, used, modified, assembled, or damaged after delivery
Products missing parts, accessories, labels, or original packaging
Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
Clearance or final-sale products that were clearly identified as non-returnable before purchase

5. Return procedure
Before sending a return, email [email protected] and wait for return authorization and the correct return address.
Do not return products to an address shown on a shipping label or elsewhere on the website unless we specifically confirm that address for your return.
The customer is responsible for securely packaging the return and using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns or returned packages lost in transit.
6. Refunds
After an authorized return is received, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If a returned product has been used, damaged, altered, or is missing parts, we may reduce or refuse the refund where permitted by applicable law.
7. Order cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before dispatch. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it normally cannot be canceled and must follow the applicable return procedure.
If we cannot ship within the promised dispatch period, we will notify you and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a full refund.
8. Refused or undeliverable shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, the refund may be reduced by the original shipping charge, return shipping charge, customs charges, and other costs incurred, where permitted by applicable law.
