Pet Hardware Applications
Jinxing Hardware supplies configurable metal components for dog leashes, collars, harnesses, training leads, chain leads and pet travel products. We support drawing-based development, sample matching and production review.

Material, thickness and finish should be selected around the final product, load direction, environment and target cost. Depending on the drawing and order, routes may include carbon steel, stainless steel or alloy components with zinc, nickel, black, brass-tone or other specified finishes. Final availability is confirmed during quotation.
Representative Application
A leash connector must rotate freely, attach easily and fit the webbing or chain assembly without sharp edges that could damage adjacent material. The appropriate hook geometry, swivel construction, ring size, base material and finish depend on the leash design and intended use.
Evidence note: This is a representative application for our real product range, not a numerical load claim or named customer order. Dimensions, load criteria and validation methods must be confirmed for each project.

We review the drawing, sample or reference product together with the strap, rope, ring or chain interface.

Dimensions, material, finish, quantity and existing or new tooling requirements are confirmed.

Fit, movement, edges, appearance and buyer-defined functional checks guide production inspection.
Yes. A sample helps compare geometry and movement, but the final part should be controlled by an approved drawing or specification.
The buyer should define the load direction, fixture, speed, acceptance value and sample quantity. This avoids misleading ratings that do not match the final assembly.
Yes. Supplying the intended strap, rope, ring or chain makes fit and movement review more meaningful.
Send the application, drawing or sample. We will review the hardware requirements and suggest a practical sampling route.
These products are practical starting points for this application. Confirm the material, dimensions, finish, assembly fit and buyer-defined performance requirements before ordering.
