Materials and Finishes

Part geometry, sheet thickness, joining method, installation environment and target cost determine the manufacturing route. Steel or stainless steel may be considered with zinc, nickel, black, painted or other specified finishes. Exact material and finish options are confirmed after drawing review.

Representative Application

Stamped Hinge or Connecting Bracket

A stamped hinge leaf or bracket must align with mating parts, provide suitable hole positions and maintain the required shape after forming. Bend radii, material thickness, burr direction, flatness and surface finish can all affect assembly.

Key design considerations

Evidence note: This representative application explains a normal use of our real manufacturing processes. It does not claim a specific customer result. Functional validation remains project-specific.

From Drawing to Production

Custom furniture hardware requirement review

1. Drawing Review

We identify the installation position, mating components, critical dimensions and acceptance criteria.

Tooling and stamping for furniture hardware

2. Tooling and Sampling

Stamping, bending, forming and joining requirements are reviewed before sample production.

Furniture hardware inspection and delivery

3. Inspection and Delivery

Dimensions, fit, edge condition and buyer-defined functional checks guide production inspection.

Buyer Questions

Can you review manufacturability before tooling?

Yes. The drawing review considers material thickness, forming direction, bend radii, hole positions and likely tooling route.

How are critical dimensions controlled?

Critical dimensions and inspection methods should be marked on the released drawing. Approved samples can also serve as controlled references.

Can you verify the part in its final assembly?

Whenever mating parts or an assembly sample are available, fit and movement checks provide stronger evidence than inspecting an isolated part alone.

Have a Custom Stamped Part?

Send the drawing or sample together with the assembly requirements. We will review manufacturability and the next step for sampling.
