This series includes three roller pin buckle sizes for straps, belts and webbing assemblies. Select the appropriate option according to the required strap opening and finished-product structure.

Strap opening: 30 mm
Inner depth: 17 mm
Wire diameter: 5.0 mm
Approximate unit weight: 24 g

B – 22mm
Strap opening: 22 mm
Inner depth: 14 mm
Wire diameter: 4.5 mm

C – 17mm
Strap opening: 17 mm
Inner depth: 13 mm
Wire diameter: 4.0 mm
Approximate unit weight: 9.5 g

Selection Guide

Confirm the strap width and thickness before selecting a buckle. The strap should pass through the buckle smoothly while maintaining suitable positioning around the roller and pin.

Sample fitting is recommended before bulk production because strap thickness and finished-product construction may affect compatibility.
