Jinxing Hardware manufactures metal components for brands, wholesalers and product manufacturers that need dependable fittings for webbing-based products. Our catalogue includes snap hooks, pin buckles, D-rings, O-rings, webbing sliders, clips, connectors and other custom metal parts for pet leashes, horse rugs, bags, straps, furniture and industrial assemblies.
This catalogue is intended as a starting point for product selection. Dimensions, material, finish, load requirements and packaging should be confirmed against the buyer’s drawing, sample and intended application before mass production.
| Product group | Typical applications | Important selection points |
|---|---|---|
| Snap hooks and clips | Dog leashes, horse tack, straps and bags | Eye width, opening size, swivel or fixed design, material and test load |
| Buckles and sliders | Webbing adjustment, horse rugs, luggage and outdoor products | Internal width, webbing thickness, bar geometry, friction and finish |
| D-rings and O-rings | Connection points, tie-downs and decorative assemblies | Inside diameter, wire thickness, weld condition and working direction |
| Custom stamped parts | Branded products and special assemblies | Drawing, tolerance, tooling, material, finish and inspection standard |
Material selection depends on strength, corrosion exposure, target cost and manufacturing method. Common options include carbon steel, stainless steel and zinc alloy. Surface finishes can be developed to match functional and visual requirements, including zinc plating, nickel-look finishes, black finishes, painted or powder-coated surfaces and other approved treatments.
A finish colour alone is not a complete specification. Buyers should also define corrosion expectations, coating thickness where relevant, appearance limits and whether a salt-spray test or approved colour sample is required.
For buckles, hooks and sliders, the nominal size usually refers to the webbing passage or internal opening rather than the overall outside dimension. Measure the actual webbing width and thickness, then confirm clearance, movement and assembly direction. A larger component is not automatically stronger; geometry, material, section thickness and the direction of force all affect performance.
Custom projects can begin with a technical drawing, physical sample or clear reference photographs with dimensions. Before quotation, provide the application, expected order quantity, critical dimensions, material preference, finish, logo requirement, packaging and any test standard. Where tooling is required, the tooling plan and sample approval process should be agreed before mass production.
For new designs, we recommend approving a physical sample and a written inspection standard. Critical dimensions, function, surface appearance and packaging should be confirmed separately so that the approved sample can be used as the production reference.
Yes. Feasibility depends on the geometry, material, quantity and whether existing tooling can be used. Send a drawing or sample for review.
There is no single answer for every application. Stainless steel may provide better inherent corrosion resistance, while plated carbon steel can be a cost-effective option when the coating system and exposure conditions are properly specified.
Yes. Provide a physical sample, colour reference or approved finish target. The finish should be evaluated together with corrosion, friction and dimensional requirements.
Please provide the product drawing or sample, dimensions, material, finish, quantity, application, test requirements, logo and packaging needs. This reduces assumptions and improves quotation accuracy.
